I have just purchased this item. Do you have any comprehensive user manuals and, if so, how do I download them?

Richard Ward, 2 years ago

I have had a model NWZ-S638F mp3 player for well over 5 years, with very few complaints. I have now purchased a model NWZ-E585 for no other reason than my old player is full to capacity at 2017 songs. However, my new player with supposedly over twice the capacity is recording full at only 1916 songs! Your sales information claims to have a capacity for around 3700 songs. What goes on? Help please before I return the unit. Regards, Ray
