The frother works for the cappucino hot milk wisk (bottom) frothing, but not for the latte' (top) wisk hot milk.frothing. I put in the correct amount of milk for the latte', pressed the button briefly, and the light stayed on only a short time with only heating the milk slightly. My Nespresso and Aeroccino machines are brand new.

My Aeroccino No 3 stopped frothing. The milk is hot but remains liquid. I have tried it the last few days, and the same results, I do not know what to do.

My frother keeps stopping and the red light flashes...Is it broken? Where can I get it fixed or is there a solution to fix it?

I've just opened my brand new Aeroccino3 and I cannot separate the two bits of whisk. They are stuck together and I cannot find any instructions on how to separate them. I have searched the internet and am really cross. How stupid not to include this in the instructions. I don't want to force them apart in case I break it. have an older model at home with two separate whisks and like it so much I bought one for my mum. What a mistake - we are now unable to make the coffee we wanted, Please advise asap

Same problem here - 2 January. Has anyone found a solution. Are they actually two whisks together - or is the 'steaming' (not the frothing) whisk missing?

What do the two maximum lines mean and which insert do you use for each of them? Is it natural to get a "hot spot" and see some of the coating wear off inside the frother?

Hello. I recently ran into trouble using my milk frother. When I push the button to start it, it only works for a couple seconds before it stops and the red light blinks. I've stopped using my nespresso machine + more importantly for you I'm not buying capsules anymore. Please help.

My red light is flashing. It was the first time in the morning I tried to use it so it could not be overheating. What can I do? I've tried washing it again. The whisk is fine.

The last 3 times I hv used frothier, or tried, the red lite keeps blinking. I read manual, I cleaned frothier as instructed, still blinking. I purchased at Bloomingdales at Short Hills Mall NJ. I just got accustomed to having espresso coffee with hot frothy milk. I think I bought in November 2014. Please help, thanks.

I have just got a new nespresso machine but cannot separate the whisks. How am I meant to make coffee without it being made with so much froth. My old machine had two whisks. Should be better description in the manual!
